Not winning tickets to next week’s exclusive screening of Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit – THAT’s our very scary scenario.
The film is in cinemas everywhere from 24th January 2014 but thankfully we won’t have to hang about until the official release date to watch the new film, as the kind people at Paramount Pictures have organised an exclusive advanced screening for JOE.ie and 50 of our lucky readers.
We have 25+1 tickets to give away to the winners-only screening which will take place at Dublin’s Odeon Point Village on Tuesday 21st January at 7pm (doors 6.30pm). All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning the tickets is answer the question below:

The trailers so far have mixed elements of Die Hard, Bourne and Bond and this latest Tom Clancy adaptation sees Chris Pine stepping into the shoes of Harrison Ford, Alec Baldwin and Ben Affleck – not an easy job.
Mainly because trying to wear three pairs of shoes at once is pretty difficult. Believe us, we’ve tried.
Pine is Ryan, a young CIA analyst who was “promised an office job” but is instead led into the big bad world of espionage by his shadowy supervisor, played by Kevin Costner.
The film also stars Keira Knightly as Mrs Ryan but, for JOE, the most exciting aspect is the double presence of Irishman Kenneth Branagh who is on board as both the director of the film and as Jack Ryan’s nemesis, the Russian Viktor Cherevin.
