They found that people who drink coffee are healthier and live longer than those who do not. It adds to previous research conducted in the past where it was found that coffee could reduce types of cancer, diabetes and other chronic diseases.
The study, which will be published in the Annals of Internal Medicine in the coming weeks, found that around 16% of participants reported not drinking coffee at all, while just over 20% of those involved in the experiment confessed to irregular consumption.
Over one-third drank one cup a day, one-quarter drank two to three cups per day and less than 10% admitted to drinking four or more cups of coffee a day.Social media is ruining your breakup healing process – here’s why
