It’s Sunday. Watch a little movie.

Yet another hectic week has drawn to a close.

The US election consumed our thoughts for the most part, but now that that has drawn to a close (almost), we can sit back and enjoy a movie.

Here’s what’s on the box tonight:

Dr No – RTÉ2 – 5.55pm

The late Sean Connery plays the iconic James Bond for the first time. You’ve surely seen it, but watch it again.

Minions – ITV2 – 6.10pm

They are adorable, and the movie is genuinely quite fun.

The Devil Wears Prada – Channel 5 – 6.55pm

Meryl Streep is the greatest. Simple as.

Keeping Up with the Joneses – E4 – 7pm

A relatively funny film with a star-studded cast (Zach Galifianakis, Isla Fisher, Jon Hamm and Gal Gadot). Decent, but nothing to write home about.

Twister – Comedy Central – 8.10pm

Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt are tornado chasers, who find love with each other again thanks to some extreme weather. From the director of Speed and the writer of Jurassic Park, so you know it’s relatively decent.

Starsky and Hutch – SciFi – 9pm

A borderline parody of the 1970s show of the same name, Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson star as two mismatched detectives. Snoop Dogg is there too, which is funny.

RoboCop – Film4 – 12.50am

One of the best sci-fi movies around, if you’re willing to stay up very late on a Sunday.

LISTEN: You Must Be Jokin’ with Aideen McQueen – Faith healers, Coolock craic and Gigging as Gaeilge
