Would you like to see a movie before anyone else?
Would you like to see a movie MONTHS before folks in the U.S., where it doesn't get released until January of NEXT YEAR??
Of course you would! And thanks to your good pals at Warner Bros. and The Big Reviewski, you can do just that, as we've got tickets to the first Irish screening of The Informer, the thrilling action drama starring Joel Kinnaman (House Of Cards) and Academy Award nominees Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl) and Clive Owen (Children Of Men).
Honorably discharged Special Ops soldier Pete Koslow’s (Joel Kinnaman) world is turned upside-down when he is jailed after a fight to protect his wife (Ana de Armas). He's given a chance for early release by becoming an informant for the FBI (Rosamund Pike and Clive Owen) and using his covert skills in an operation to take down The General, the most powerful crime boss in New York.
But when the FBI sting meant to finally earn Koslow his freedom results in the death of an undercover NYPD cop, Koslow finds himself caught in the crossfire between the mob and the FBI!
Dun dun duuuuuuuuuuun!
To celebrate the release we have teamed up with Warner Bros. Pictures to send you and a guest to a special preview screening before it’s cinematic release on Friday 30 August. The screening will take place in the Light House Cinema on Wednesday 28 August, followed by a reception.
