Here’s who’s on the Late Late and Graham Norton tonight

On the first Friday after Dry January, will you be staying in tonight?

If you are, there’s a decent mixture of guests from all walks of life on the Late Late Show and Graham Norton tonight, including the great Brian O’Driscoll, will.i.am and Cuba Gooding Jr.

Check out the line-ups in full below; the Late Late Show kicks off as usual on RTÉ One at 9.35pm, with the Graham Norton Show going out on BBC One at 10.35pm and 11.05pm on BBC Northern Ireland.

The Late Late Show

  • Brian O’Driscoll – On the eve of the 2018 Six Nations, Ireland’s greatest rugby player will join Ryan to discuss Ireland’s chances and he’ll also be talking about his life since retirement. Brian will also be joined by Michaela Morley, the young fan whose infectious excitement at meeting him captured the hearts of the nation, as they chat about the good work carried out at Temple Street Children’s University Hospital.
  • Paloma Faith – The BRIT Award-winning singer-songwriter and style icon will chat to Ryan about her upcoming tour and her career in music to date.
  • Bernard O’Shea and Anna Geary – Ahead of another weekend of Dancing with the Stars, two of the stars of the show will be joined by two of the professional dancers – Karen Byrne and Ryan McShane – to give an insight into the amount of preparation that goes into the live performances.
  • Nigel Havers, Denis Lawson and Stephen Tompkinson – The stars of the comedy ART, the Tony-award winning play, will chat about bringing it back to the Gaeity Theatre as well as discussing their own careers, which involved turns in shows such as Coronation Street and Ballykissangel.
  • Professor Ian Robertson and Jennifer O’Connell – With stress and anxiety on the rise in Ireland, journalist Jennifer O’Connell and neuroscientist Professor Ian Robertson will launch a ground-breaking new countrywide research project aimed at getting a unique insight into the well-being of the nation.
  • Discussion on gangland violence – Ahead of the second anniversary of the Regency Hotel shooting and with the resulting feud showing no signs of stopping, The Late Late Show will discuss the impact of the ongoing violence and what needs to be done to put a stop to it.
  • Music from – De Danann and River Matthews

The Graham Norton Show

  • will.i.am – Always a welcome presence on the couch, the musician, actor and judge on The Voice will be in studio for the latest in a series of frequent appearances on the show.
  • Imelda Staunton – The veteran actress will be on to talk about the much-anticipated feel good comedy, Finding Your Feet, due for release later this month.
  • Cuba Gooding Jr – The Hollywood star will chat to Graham about treading the boards as Billy Flynn in Chicago, as the musical returns to London’s West End after a five-year absence
  • Music from – George Ezra, who will perform his song, ‘Paradise’.
