Important information if you’re staying in on Friday night.

Ladies and gentlemen, The Late Late Toy Show has come and gone. Just like that.

We’re now just under 12 months away from the next one, which is a depressing thought, but we are one week closer to Christmas, so we’ll take it.

But just because the Toy Show has come and gone does not mean that Ryan Tubridy will be taking a break. Not by a long shot.

Normal service resumes for The Late Late Show this week, and here are the guests.

First up, Ryan will be unveiling more contestants who will be competing in the new season of Dancing With The Stars when the new series of the popular show returns this January, which should be fun.

Then it’s one of the most successful Gaelic football players in recent history, Dublin star Michael Darragh MacAuley. The Ballyboden man will be on the show to talk about Jim Gavin’s shock exit as Dublin’s manager, as well as a harrowing recent experience in a Syrian refugee camp.

Comedian Des Bishop will also be on to discuss his new show Mia Mamma, in which he explores grief and loss and learning to cope with the death of his mother earlier this year.

The family of 16-year-old Mia O’Neill, who took her own life earlier this year, will be on the show to share Mia’s story and tell viewers why her death cannot go unnoticed.

Award-winning impersonator Oliver Callan will also be in studio to deal with a fairly hectic week in the world of politics.

There will also be live music from Jerry Fish, MayKay and Mike Denver.

The Late Late Show airs on RTÉ One at 9.35pm on Friday 6 December.
