Well, we’re all going to be indoors anyway, right?

We are now in Level 5 and that means we are all going to be spending a lot more time indoors for the foreseeable future.

So you may be a little bit bored on Friday night, and stuck for something to watch.

If so, this may be crucial information for you. Here’s the lineup for this week’s episode of The Late Late Show.

The Boss himself, Bruce Springsteen, will be on to chat with Tubs about the making of his new album, his favourite Irish artists and his thoughts on the upcoming US election.

Following Bruce’s interview, Heathers will join Ryan in studio to perform their brilliant cover of Bruce’s hit single ‘Dancing in the Dark’.

With Ireland now at the beginning of a six-week national lockdown, Chief Medical Officer Tony Holohan will join Ryan in the studio to discuss the latest developments on the battle against Covid-19.

Oscar-winner Matthew McConaughey will then speak to Ryan about going from a shirtless romantic comedy star, to being one of Hollywood’s biggest actors. Alright, alright, alright.

If this preview is anything to go by, it’s going to be a gas interview:

Sean Cox and his wife Martina will be on the show to talk about the incident before a Liverpool match that left Sean fighting for his life, and how their lives have been since.

Megyn Kelly, the American journalist and moderator of the 2016 US election debate, will chat with Ryan about her infamous clash with Donald Trump, and the current state of US politics ahead of the election.

Finally, Something Happens will be on site, but not in The Late Late Show studio, to give a one-off performance of their classic hit single ‘Parachute’.

The Late Late Show kicks off at 9.35pm on Friday night.
