Chris Rock wrote the screenplay and stars in this supremely violent reboot of the Saw series, playing a detective who believes Jigsaw may have somehow returned, and may have direct links to his father (Samuel L. Jackson).

WRATH OF MAN
Jason Statham reunites with director Guy Ritchie for the first time in 15 years for this dark action thriller, revolving around an employee at an armoured transit van company who finds himself at the centre of a complicated attempted heist gone awry.

This year's collection of funny ladies includes Jane Fonda (Grace and Frankie), Chelsea Peretti (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), Meg Stalter (Hacks), Dulcé Sloan (The Daily Show), Aparna Nancherla (The Great North), and X Mayo (The Daily Show).

HITMAN'S WIFE'S BODYGUARD
Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson reunite for this action comedy, this time with Jackson's on-screen wife Salma Hayek also in the thick of the action, with all three attempting to stop an evil madman, played by Antonio Banderas.

THE PROTÈGÈ
Directed by Martin Campbell (GoldenEye, Casino Royale), this action thriller focuses on the world's most deadly assassin (Maggie Q) who goes on a rampage of revenge when her trainer is killed in cold blood.
