The adaptation of Homer's ancient Greek poem has taken $320.5 million domestically in the United States after 12 days, faster than Nolan's previous benchmark The Dark Knight Rises, which needed 15 days. It follows a $264.1 million worldwide opening weekend — the director's biggest ever debut — and a further $90 million on its second weekend.

Where The Odyssey Sits In 2026's Box Office

The $700 million haul makes it the fourth-highest-grossing film of the year, behind Toy Story 5, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie and Michael, each of which has cleared $1 billion.
