A tidy sum of money…
There was no winner of Friday night’s Euromillions jackpot which stood at over €37 million.
However, one Irish person is significantly better off waking up this morning as they won €256,048 after matching five numbers in the main draw.
The winning numbers on the night were 5, 7, 11, 46, 50 and Lucky Stars 8 and 11.
The National Lottery has not yet revealed where the winning ticket was sold.
Four people managed to match five numbers and one lucky star, netting them €274,834, but none of these players were Irish.
