A new app makes it almost impossible for someone to ignore you
Who would willingly agree to this?
There's a new app on the scene which makes it basically impossible for someone to ignore you.
We get that it can be annoying when someone doesn't reply to you, but this app may take it a bit too far.
So, how does it work?
Well, when you send a text to someone, the person will receive the text and then an alarm will go off on their phone - whether it's on silent or not.
But that's not all - it will also take hold of a person's phone screen; freezing it until the recipient replies to you.
It was actually invented by a dad who was sick of his 13-year-old son not texting him back.
His son constantly said that he couldn't hear it because his phone was on silent (that good 'ol excuse), so his father found a way of combating that problem.
The app, ReplyASAP, basically makes you impossible to ignore... but there is a catch.
The person has to download the app too, and accept you as a friend.
It's free to download, but you have to pay around €1 for every friend you have, and the more people that connect with you, the more the price goes up.
It's available on Android now and will be coming to iOS within the next week.
We think we'll stick to being ignored, to be completely honest.
