Great news for new Irish music.

Bulmers Forbidden Fruit have announced a stage dedicated solely to emerging Irish talent at this year’s festival.

The Bulmers Live stage is going to play host 19 native acts over the course of the June Bank Holiday weekend, and it is already being tipped to become an annual feature of the event at IMMA on the grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.

Leading the line-up will be The Rusangano Family, winners of the Choice Music Prize, while the stage will also be graced by Talos, Tara Lee, Ryan Vail, Soule, Le Boom, Bad Bones, LAOISE, Ships, The Innocent Bystander, Wastefellow, Barq, Ocho, Super Silly, Mango, Aik J, Heroes in Hiding, Handsome Paddy and Tara Stewart.

Bulmers Forbidden Fruit takes place from 3-5 June, with full details available here.
