Kate Demolder

Kodaline have announced that they are set to play an open-air headline show at Malahide Castle in 2018.

The Irish band will take to the north Dublin concert venue on Friday, 8 June, subject to licence. Special guests who will join them on stage are yet to be announced.

Kodaline’s debut album, In A Perfect World’ sold over one million copies worldwide and imprinted itself on the nation’s consciousness with streaming figures well into the 100s of millions. On Vevo, the band’s videos have had over 200 million views, and they have sold over a million singles.

Kodaline’s hugely anticipated new album is set for release in 2018. Their second album ‘Coming Up for Air’ reached no 1 in Ireland and top 5 in various other territories.

Back in July 2016, the band played a sold-out show for 40,000 fans at Marlay Park. Tickets for this show sold out in a matter of minutes – so, for those of you keen to pick up tickets for this one, you’d want to be on the call.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, 15 December at 9am from Ticketmaster and all usual outlets from €49.90, including booking fee.
