Stupid numbers.

Drake’s most recent album Scorpoin came out less than two weeks ago, and is already one of the biggest albums of 2018.

The album is 25 songs in length, with an A side and a B side.

The A side is a more rap/hip-hop type style, with the B side catering to a more R&B based audience.

Scorpion was always going to be a huge album, hell it even has a feature from Michael Jackson.

But we don’t even think that Drake himself knew that it would be this big.

It has become the first album to hit one billion streams globally across all streaming platforms in a single week.

A billion in a week…

Billboard confirmed the news on Saturday.

These numbers alone suggest that Scorpion will easily enter at no. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

Post Malone previously had the biggest album of the year, as well as boasting the record for most streams in a week with an extremely healthy 700 million from 27 April – 3 May, but he’s been knocked down to second place now.

700 million is a ridiculously high figure for one week, which shows just how impressive Drizzy’s numbers are.

Over a billion.

Only one man could possibly top that…
