It is a quiz… with a twist.
In the lead up to the release of the DC Extended Universe’s latest cinematic superhero movie Shazam! (our review here), we were lucky enough to sit down with the big man himself, Zachary Levi.
After some great turns in the likes of Chuck, Tangled, and Thor: Ragnarok, this should finally be the movie to blast him into the stratosphere, as he absolutely nails the character of a young boy who magically finds himself in the body of a super man (but not Superman, just to be clear!).
Instead of going the usual interview route, however, we decided to do something a little different in our chat with Levi.
We brought with us ten images of young actors and actresses before they become big-screen superheroes and supervillains, and he had to tell us which characters they grew up to play.
Some were easy, some were hard, and if you want to play along, then simply pause the video when the image appears on the screen, before Levi gets his guesses his quick!
Meanwhile, we were also lucky enough to chat to some of the other folk involved in Shazam!, including the movie’s big bad guy Mark Strong (who LOVED being the evil villain!), as well as the movie’s director David F. Sandberg and producer Peter Safran, who discuss how Shazam! couldn’t really work in the “dark and edgy” version of the DCEU.
