One of the best Irish movies of the decade is on TV tonight

Holding 90% on Rotten Tomatoes, the film was nominated for five IFTA awards, including Best Film.

"For Aileen, Brian’s return is a beacon of light and hope in her otherwise stifled existence. But her unfailing loyalty to her son is soon tested when sinister allegations about him begin to surface," the plot synopsis adds.

The movie was also nominated for five Irish Film & Television Academy (IFTA) awards, including in the Best Film category.

God's Creatures is airing on TV tonight on RTÉ One at 9.30pm. It's also available to rent on Apple TV and Curzon.
