Hugh Jackman announces concert in Ireland in 2019

Paul Moore

Hugh Jackman

The Greatest Showman in the flesh.

Despite the fact that he’s a bonafide action star who can list memorable performances in the X-Men films and The Prestige on his impressive CV, there’s another facet to Hugh Jackman’s talent that has been very clear.

Aside from being an Academy Award-nominated actor, the extremely likeable Australian is also a Golden Globe and Tony Award-winning performer.

Of course, Jackman is no stranger to musicals having starred in Les Miserables, The Greatest Showman and countless Broadway plays, so the news that he’ll be performing in Dublin comes as no surprise.

In ‘The Man. The Music. The Show’ fans will get to see Jackman performing all the hit songs he has delivered throughout his career and during the show, he’s going to be accompanied by a live orchestra.

Jackman will be performing in Dublin on 30 May 2019 at the 3Arena.

If you can’t make it along to this show in the capital, his tour will take in a number of dates around Europe and all the fun kicks-off on Monday, 13 May in Hamburg, Germany.

Elsewhere, aside from Dublin, there’s going to be performances in Amsterdam, Paris, Manchester and London.

At present, pricing information isn’t available but tickets for the gigs go on sale on Friday, 7 December at 9am via HughJackmanTheShow.com.

A perfect Christmas present for anyone who loves Hugh and his performances in musicals.
