We’ve got ourselves a definite date for the Late Late Toy Show

Late Late Toy Show

We’re counting down the days.

The Late Late Toy Show is one of the biggest nights of the year for any Irish person.

It’s one of those things that people from other countries look at it and probably think “What is going on there?”

Well, we love it, and that’s all that matters.

For almost three hours you are transported to a special, Christmassy world full of funny toys, awkward children, random celebrity appearances and bikes that only kind of work.

You can understand why we love it…

And although we’re not too keen on getting into Christmas mode too early, we feel absolutely no guilt about getting excited for The Late Late Show.

So depending on how excited you are, you might want to know exactly how many sleeps you’ve got left.

Ryan Tubridy confirmed today that the iconic event will take place on 30 November.

Tubridy, who will be hosting the show, announced the news on his radio show on Thursday morning.

Speaking on RTÉ Radio 1, he said: “I had to try on my particular outfit this week that will be featuring on the opening of the Toy Show on November the 30th and that means Christmas is in the heads of a lot of people already.”

That’s only 58 sleeps!
