Beats any goodie bag we’ve ever gotten…
As a kid, getting a goodie bag as you left a birthday party was often the highlight of your day.
A small bottle of fizzy orange, some crisps, a packet of love hearts and enough jellies to keep you going for the week.
But as great as they were, given the choice, we think we’d probably opt for the goodie bag that is being given out at tonight’s Oscars ceremony instead.
According to RTÉ, the goodie bag is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, and features some genuinely incredible stuff.
Every nominee in the best actor and actress, best supporting actor and actress and best director categories will receive the Everyone Wins bag which contains a luxury small-ship trip to either the Amazon, the Galapagos, Iceland or Costa Rica and Panama for them and a guest, worth up to $20,000 each.
It also includes a session with a personal trainer, $30,000 worth of cosmetic treatments from a New York doctor, and a holiday to Greece.
And just in case that wasn’t enough, they’ll also get cannabis-infused snacks, as well as membership to a weed-friendly Hollywood social club.
What a life…
