People are weird.
It seems like absolutely everyone binged the Netflix series You at some point over Christmas. If you haven't, don't read any further in this article because there will be spoilers. You've been warned.
You follows a stalker (Penn Badgley) as he obsesses over an innocent woman he meets in the bookstore that he works in. He starts off by peering in her window at night, reading her emails and whatnot, but he quickly escalates to killing her ex-boyfriends and best friends, in a desperate attempt to have her all for himself.
The series ends with him murdering the girl he "loved" as she desperately tries to escape, and he gets away with absolutely everything.
So as you can tell, he's the absolute worst.
But for some reason, fans of the series fancy him? And we don't mean like one or two people fancy him. Loads do.
So much so that the actor who plays Joe the stalker has had to start replying to the weird tweets he was being tagged in.

He actually seems genuinely annoyed by the whole thing, and we can't say that we blame him.
He even said that the weird reaction from fans will have an impact on how he plays the character in Season 2 of the show.

There is no release date for the second season of You, but based on the fan reaction to the first season, people can't wait.
