The lineup for The Ray D’Arcy Show tonight is a good one

Some good television if you don’t have any plans tonight.

If you’re planning on staying in out of the cold tonight, The Ray D’Arcy show has got a damn good lineup for you to enjoy from the comfort of your couch.

Firstly, TV legend Sir Michael Parkinson will be there to talk about his friendship with the iconic character that is George Best. He’ll reveal how the two built up such a close relationship, and what he thinks ultimately led to his demise.

Then, Panti Bliss will join Ray to talk about celebrating a significant birthday, why it’s good to be different, and marking 30 years of World AIDS Day.

Father Brian D’Arcy will be there to talk about the death of Sonny Knowles, the Irish singer who passed away recently. He’ll also be discussing his reaction the Pope’s visit, and the media coverage.

Dublin photographer Ruth Medjber will be on the show to give a glimpse of her exhibition, titled: ‘Ruthless – A Decade of Live Music Photography’ which showcases shots of some of the most famous Rock and Pop icons she has photographed throughout her career.

Joanne McNally will chat to Ray about her upcoming ‘Gleebag’ shows, her first ever headline tour.

And finally, fresh from Channel 4’s Lego Masters, Irish contestants Catherine (10) and Patrick Caddell will talk about their love of Lego, and what their future Lego aspirations are.   

The Ray D’Arcy show will air tonight, Saturday 24 November, on RTÉ One at 9.40pm.
