If you’re part of an engaged couple and want your few minutes of fame, then you could be the perfect candidate for a new TV series coming to RTÉ. RTÉ are seeking engaged couples to take part in a new series called My Big Day: Home or Away, which will be produced in tandem with COCO television. The series is targeting couples who can’t decide whether or not to get married at home or abroad.
Two rival wedding planners, one “at home” in Ireland and the other “abroad”, will meet a different couple who can’t decide whether to get married at home or abroad in an effort to help them make what, to be fair, is a pretty big decision.
