The new version of MTV’s The Hills will feature a lot of old faces and some actual famous people

Rory Cashin

The rest is still unwritten… until now.

A few weeks ago, we reported that iconic reality TV show The Hills is making a return, and that we would even more caught up in the world of Hollywood civilians eating salads and talking about nightclubs for a living.

No shade intended, because there really was something amazingly brilliant about The Hills back in the day, a level of sheen and gloss that would eventually fall away by the time The Kardashians or Love Island would take over reality TV. If you can even call The Hills “reality TV”? But that is a debate for another day…

Now we know that The Hills: New Beginnings will feature original stars Audrina Patridge, Brody Jenner, Frankie Delgado, Heidi Pratt, Jason Wahler, Justin “Bobby” Brescia, Spencer Pratt, Stephanie Pratt, and Whitney Port (but no Lauren Conrad, sad face emoji).

They’ll be joined by newbies Kaitlynn Carter (Brody Jenner’s wife), Jennifer Delgado (Frankie’s wife), and Ashley Wahler (Jason’s wife), as well as The O.C.’s Mischa Barton, and actor and model Brandon Thomas Lee, son of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee.

The show is due to return on MTV in 2019, so until then, let us relive the most momentous argument in television history:
