The cameras will follow the Dublin hurler during his day in work for the Fire Brigade.

RTE’s new sports show Thank GAA it’s Friday will continue on our screens again this evening with one of the main attractions being Dublin hurler and fireman with the Dublin Fire Brigade, Mick Carton. Carton has been a key member of Anthony Daly's set-up over that past few seasons and one of the few to play well in the Leinster Final defeat to Kilkenny. He'll also be involved in Sunday's All -Ireland-quarter-final against Tipperary. Tonight’s episode should be good as we learn more about the dangerous job that Carton performs everyday as well as about how he copes balancing work with playing for Dublin.
