We can’t picture this at all.

When it comes to Game of Thrones, we really are in the endgame now.

We have less than a week to wait until the first episode of Season 8 is aired on television, and we are pretty damn excited for what is sure to be one of the biggest spectacles in the history of TV.

And although there are many reasons why the show is so universally loved, one of them is the music featured in the show. It’s incredible.

Cersei’s theme ‘Light of the Seven‘ is absolutely beautiful, or how about the sound that plays just before Daenerys says “Dracarys” in combat scenes:

Chills, every time…

But the music for Season 8 appears to be going in a slightly different direction, if reports are to be believed.

According to Pitchfork, R&B artists SZA and The Weeknd will have a song in the final season of the show, featuring popular rapper Travis Scott.

The music website have said that Game of Thrones asked the Weeknd to record the song for fans. The Weeknd then brought SZA and Travis Scott onto the project.

Even though we reckon a song with those three on it would be an absolute banger, we really can’t picture it fitting in with the rest of the music on the show.

Although they did have Ed Sheeran sing a song once, so who knows?
