It’s a fair question alright…
With the Irish government introducing water charges (AKA The Tap Tax) in October 2014, people naturally have many important questions that they want, and need, answers to.
What does this new tax mean for me? How much will I have to fork out each year? And, as Eugene Tannam pressingly points out in a letter to The Irish Times, will there be any difference in payment for sweet-smelling single people and dirty, manky loved-up couples?
