For such a hilarious show, it has some seriously upsetting moments.
2018 has been a wild year for Brooklyn Nine-Nine fans.
We’ve had to deal with the possibility of it being cancelled, the euphoric joy of it being renewed again, all the while dealing with the highs and lows of the show itself.
And as funny as it is, there are some seriously emotional moments scattered throughout.
For example, remember the episode where Terry was pulled over by a racist cop?
He goes through hell for the entirety of that episode, questioning every decision he’s made, and worrying over the safety of his daughters in a country with such a deep-seeded level of racism.
Doesn’t exactly sound like a comedy now, does it?
The official Brooklyn Nine-Nine Youtube page compiled a video of some of the most tear-jerking scenes in the series, but we must warn you 1) You may want a box of tissues at the ready, and 2) There are spoilers in the video. Big spoilers.

Season Six of the show is due to be released to American audiences in January of next year.
