McLovin

Seth Rogen instantly commented. Chicka, chicka yeah! Fake ID, fake ID.

While law enforcement in the US will never admit to it, celebrities are treated a bit kinder than most folk. Well, what about everyone’s favourite Irish R’nB singer? You know, the guy that’s so cool that he rivals Seal in terms of only having one name.

A character that can rock a vest like only Aladdin can.

Of course, we’re talking about Christopher Mintz-Plasse’s iconic turn as McLovin – the sexy hamburger – in the the beloved Superbad.

Aside from being a Hawaiian organ donor, the world’s worst fake ID opened up a world of mischief for the Superbad gang but life has now imitated art because a man in Iowa has been accused of possession of a fake ID while in a bar.

According to the Iowa City Press-Citizen, police arrested a 20-year-old man on Friday, after an officer spotted him with a drink in his hand.

After the police confronted the underage drinker, he admitted that his beverage had vodka in it.

However, he refused to show the officer his real ID. After they insisted further , the 20-year-old showed officers his real ID, which confirmed he was under the legal drinking age of 21.

Officers then asked him for his fake ID, to which he responded he didn’t have one.

However, after searching through his wallet, police discovered his “fake Hawaii ID with the name ‘McLovin DOB 06/03/1981.”

According to Fox 11, authorities stated in an arrest report that the man “smelled strongly of ingested alcohol and had slurred speech and bloodshot watery eyes.”

The 20-year-old was arrested and charged with public intoxication, possession of a fake ID, possession of alcohol while underage and being in a bar after 10 pm while underage.

Naturally, Seth Rogen couldn’t resist the urge to comment.

In the immortal words of Seth, “That’s the coolest fucking story I’ve ever heard in my entire life! That’s insane. Is it… Can I hear it again, do you have time?”
