Jack Black can be a bit overbearing for some people’s taste at times but in School of Rock, when he played a struggling bum who stumbled into a classroom and made a band out of a host of talented young students, is arguably the standout performance of his career to date. As hard as it might be to face up to for readers of a certain age, School of Rock was released ten years ago and to celebrate the anniversary, Black and a host of fellow cast members got together and they even put on a show while they were at it, performing the movie’s theme song and not doing a bad job of it either.
