According to Slate, a long-lost Star Wars blooper reel was recently rediscovered, shown at Comic-Con in July, and has now jumped its way through Hyperspace and landed straight into our Internet boxes.

Rinzler, an editor and author for Lucasfilm's book division, while researching the extensive Star Wars archives for a "making of" series. What an AMAZING job. Watch as Han Solo (Harrison Ford) gets a mouthful of mike, Chewie (Peter Mayhew) ruins Obi-Wan’s (Alec Guinnes) lines, and the clip does nothing to dispel the notion that Imperial Stormtroopers are among the most incompetent human beings this side of Tatooine. While some parts of it are downright funny, other parts just make us feel funny – we’re not supposed to see Grand Moff Tarkin (Peter Cushing) joking around with Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher), right before he blows up her home planet of Alderaan with the Death Star.
