New on Amazon Prime Video October

Plenty to choose from just in time for the weekend…

Searching for a film on a vast streaming platform can actually be a bit of a drag.

Think about it – how often have you sat down in front of the TV only to find yourself mindlessly browsing for about half an hour?

That’s valuable movie-watching time you’re eating up. Plus, if we’re being totally honest, the layout of the big streaming giants could stand to be a bit more organised.

It’s very easy for a great film to slip through the cracks or only show up if you know it’s there and you physically search for it.

What we’re getting at here is that we like to cut out the hard work where and when possible. As such, we’re here to deliver the news that Amazon Prime Video has quietly added no less than 12 new movies to its service as of Friday, 1 October.

Well, 13 if you count Mark Wahlberg’s brand new thriller Infinite, which hits the platform today. More on that one – and Jake Gyllenhaal’s tense new Netflix offering The Guilty – right here.

As for the 12 other new-old films on Prime Video right now, they are…

  • Love Actually
  • Dunkirk
  • A Few Good Men
  • Superbad
  • Cardboard Gangsters
  • Spider-Man (2002)
  • Us
  • The Holiday
  • Muriel’s Wedding
  • Ghost in the Shell (2017)
  • Shark Tale
  • 12 Strong

Now go forth and movie.
